We help orphans everywhere become productive and successful adults in their own environment, by equipping them with the best possible skills and motivational training available. Our mission is to give these high school students jobs and opportunities, while successfully wiping out their current failure rate and distressed conditions.

We help the parentless teenager transition into adulthood by providing opportunities in life-skill training and employment. We exist to change negative situations in the lives of disadvantaged orphans to positive ones. While third-world countries have different obstacles than here in the USA, orphans everywhere deserve a chance to become productive citizens in their own environment.

We are partnering with an advocacy organization for orphans by the name of KidsPeace. Founded in 1882, KidsPeace is a private charity dedicated to serving the behavioral and mental health needs of children, preadolescents and teens.

Orphans Around the World (OAW) is a not-for-profit Humanitarian Foundation that has been created to help orphans all across the world have options upon completion of high school. These options will help them transition to adult living by training them to function in the business of earning a living, and the life skills necessary to live on their own.

The “what now” scenario that faces every teen who becomes “of age” in their society is especially tough on those who don’t have families to nurture, develop, and support them. Often there are few realistic possibilities for these children to pursue and they end up making bad choices that ruin their lives. When no adult care and guidance is available at this crucial time, the circumstances that present themselves are often related to crime, prostitution, and general street life.

OAW gives mature guidance to these desperate young people by providing positive influence to help mold their futures. By providing these orphans a job in a simple business, it allows them time to figure out the direction for their lives, while also teaching them the life-skills necessary to function on their own. By combining a job with the life-skills training they have time to settle into an adult life without the panic that may normally occur. This gives them a chance to see life more maturely and to make wiser decisions about the direction their lives will take.
